Static electricity and dust can damage the nozzles. If the static electricity is too high, it will easily damage the nozzles or circuit. Dust can easily clog the nozzles and cause the printed image to break. Therefore, the printing speed must be controlled to prevent excessive static electricity.
Too low temperature will also change the viscosity of the ink, especially for low-quality inks. In winter, the viscosity of the ink will increase, which will block the nozzles and cause oblique spraying and ink breakage, which will affect the life of the nozzles.
