Machine suppliers may genuinely be considered to cover all bases, from low-volume industrial digital textile printers to high-volume industrial large format printers. Last but not least, the sublimation process is environmentally benign and sustainable. In comparison to other digital print technologies, there is a 95 percent reduction in water use and a 75 percent reduction in energy usage. Sublimation printing, unlike traditional printing methods, is a highly "green and friendly" printing method. There are no poisons in the sublimation printing process, which protects both employees and the environment. The heat transfer technique transforms the sublimation ink into gas, making the printed textiles totally safe to touch and handle. Ink technology has evolved over the last three decades, resulting in more environmentally friendly inks that are devoid of heavy metals, formaldehyde, and alkylphenol ethoxylates, as well as VOCs and pollutants. As a result, most sublimation inks are now OEKO-TEX or Greenguard certified, making them safe for inkjet printing on polyester fabric to create a wide range of sublimated items, including baby and toddler products.
