At Garment Printing, we offer a variety of printing processes available, including sublimation printing. In a word, this printing process lets you print your design in brilliant, entertaining colors and effects throughout the whole garment. However, we understand how difficult it may be to choose which printing process is appropriate for producing promotional products. With that in mind, we've compiled a list of sublimation printing dos and don'ts in the hopes of assisting you in determining whether this is the appropriate approach for you! Discover the benefits of sublimation printing!
Do – Select sublimation printing for your printed promotional items.
One of the key advantages of sublimation printing is that it enables a full print design, which means you can print everywhere, so why not be creative? You might create a collection of themed printed T-shirts, or have your favorite photograph sublimated across the full surface of your printed T-shirts.
Don't - Place an order for any outdated design.
Unfortunately, as appealing as a "full print design" may appear, it is not without flaws (although very few might we add). Please keep in mind that dye sublimation cannot produce a genuine black since the T-Shirts can only absorb a limited quantity of ink. As a result, black may seem off-black if it is not as intense as other colors. Please take this in mind while choosing your design for printed T-Shirts using sublimation printing!
Do – Select the appropriate sublimation fabric
When printing on 100 percent white polyester clothes, sublimation printing offers the best results. As a result, this approach is ideal for personalizing sportswear such as running tops, vests, shirts, and any other polyester garment that requires a soft print feel. So, if you're planning a charity run and want the logo of the organization you're supporting to be printed across the back of the T-Shirt, this is the approach for you! Another thing to keep in mind is that dye sublimation is best for all-over, randomly scattered graphics rather than position-specific designs.
Don't limit yourself to only printing T-shirts.
This technique can be used to make more than just printed T-shirts. In truth, dye sublimation allows you to accomplish a lot more than you may believe. With a complete print, personalized mugs, for example, look wonderful. Mugs are a promotional item that no one can have too many of, and if you give a mug that has been printed using sublimation printing, you'll be sure to make a good impression at corporate gatherings. Personalized bracelets are another product that may be entirely personalized using this method. Companies, organizations, and brands are increasingly turning to personalized wristbands because they allow them to print a big amount of promotional products at a reasonable cost. The beautiful thing about branded wristbands is that if they're appealing enough and recipients enjoy them enough to wear them every day, your promotional product will have far more awareness and reach a far larger audience than other promotional items like printed business cards. Furthermore, if you have your custom wristbands dye sublimated print, they will be much more appealing. This is a fantastic advertising tool for festival organizers since it appeals to the target population.
